Delivery: Monday (Unless you upgrade the shipping method to Saturday Gurantee which an extra fee applies)

DELIVERIES IN UK: Our UK orders are sent via Royal Mail and will require signature on delivery, occasionally alternative providers may be used.

Timed delivery services are not available in Scotland or Northern Ireland.

Please note that occasional delays may occur with our delivery partner, for which we cannot be held responsible and cannot issue a refund. We also do not assume responsibility for any issues with Royal Mail.

Any orders left outside or stolen from an address will prompt an investigation with Royal Mail. Unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund these orders unless the investigation is resolved in your favour. While we strive to ensure next-day delivery, occasional delays may occur, especially during busy periods.

If an order is returned to us due to a missed delivery, an additional delivery fee will be charged to resend the order to you.

What is the process for delivery protection?

If you opt for our new Delivery Protection guarantee and your parcel is lost, damaged, or delayed (resulting in a disrupted cold chain), Filler Direct will swiftly replace the parcel to minimize any additional delays to your clinic.

What if I choose not to take out the delivery protection cover?

If you opt out of the Delivery Protection cover, the customer will be required to initiate an investigation with Royal Mail. This process may take several weeks, and there is no assurance that the full amount will be refunded to the customer, as DPD only insures parcels up to the value of £100.

Filler Direct strongly advises customers to consider purchasing the additional cover for added peace of mind and parcel protection, ensuring timely deliveries with every order.
