Our wholesale system is built around a simple idea: clinics buying in bulk deserve a quoted price based on their actual basket, not a public sticker price. Here is exactly how ordering works on the Wholesale page.
Every product category on our site appears in the wholesale section, with products displayed without retail pricing. Select a category — for example dermal fillers or glutathione injections — and open any product to see its description, images and available variations.
Use Add to Wholesale Bag to collect products and quantities. The Wholesale Bag is completely separate from the retail cart, and it saves as you browse, so you can move between categories and adjust quantities at any time. More on this in The Wholesale Bag explained.
Wholesale inquiries have a minimum order value of AUD $5,000. You can mix categories freely to reach it — fillers with skin boosters, consumables with clinic retail stock. If a submission falls below the threshold, the system will ask you to add products or quantities before it sends anything. We explain the reasoning in Why minimum order values exist.
Complete the short form — name, email, address, business or clinic name and a message; WhatsApp is optional but recommended for faster follow-up. You receive an email confirmation immediately, and our team reviews your requested products and quantities and contacts you with a quotation.
